Policies and Procedures

  • Rewards card must be shown at check-in and is not transferable
  • Rewards card is only to be used by the owning cardholder
  • Points will not be awarded for junior, membership, league, event, outing or certain promotional rounds
  • Reward coupons cannot be used in association with league, event, outing or certain promotional rounds
  • Reward coupons must be presented & redeemed - one coupon per person per day
  • Heatherwoode is not responsible for coupons that are lost or stolen
  • All reward coupons expire December 31, 2008
  • Heatherwoode Golf Club reserves the right to change or terminate the program, program rules, regulations, benefits or conditions of participation at any time
